(USSONM), its agents, assigns, employees and volunteers harmless: and to indemnify them for any and all out-of-pocket expenses including attorneys fees and damages associated with any injury or health-related claim or suit that seeks monetary payment for an injury incurred participating in the USS ORLECK HAUNTED Ship event.
